In the current configuration the diffractometer is equipped with Johansson monochromator
(λCu K_α1 = 1,5406Å)
and silicon strip detector LynxEye.

The minimum measurement angle is 0,6 2Θ deg.

The samples are introduced into the measuring area with autosampling robot. It is possible to introduce and program a measurement up to 90 samples in one time.
